Fact about pasteurizing!
Pasteurizing, the process to preserve juices for longer periods of time. Generally there are two known processes of pasteurization high temperature/short time (HTST) and ultra-high temperature (UHT, Also known as flash-heat treated) both methods achieve their required results. The juices are heated up between 70-138 degrees for an average time of 10-20 seconds killing the natural yeast bacteria out of the juice and consequently also the natural nutritional values.
